Our consultants can plan, arrange, confirm & meet your specific requirements whether it be for a conference or event.
We are able to source the best group rate for your destination.

Lodge/corporate credit cards are the suggested form of payment as it offers you a payment management solution.
Corporate credit cards can be linked to frequent flyer programmes whilst earning you flyer points.
We accept verified South African Credit cards or Electronic Fund transfer (EFT).
Cruising
We are able to book both local & international cruises.
Cruising is a cost-effective way to travel as an all-inclusive package.

Executive car port is a convinient parking solution at OR Tambo International Airport.
They offer more than just parking, they offer a vallet car service, tyre fitment & wheel balancing among others.
Foreign Exchange
Your foreign exchange will be delivered to you in the comfort and safety of your office.
American Express is our preferred supplier of foreign exchange services and products.
Hotels
We book both international and local hotels.
Invoice / Statement
An invoice will be issued simultaneously with your Air Ticket.
A monthly statement will be sent out electronically at the end of each month.
Travel Alerts
Travel alert(s) will be posted and updated on our website.
Online Check-In
We can save you time and hassle by doing your online check-in for you.
Online check-in is beneficial as this secures your seat on the flight and saves you time at the counter as you are only required to drop off your baggage.

In the event of a delay on route to the airport, you need not worry as you only need 1 hour before departure to report to the airline counter.
Passenger Profiles
Detailed profiles on your travel requirements/needs are stored on our reservation system.
Our system allows with a click of a button to pull through all your information onto your booking.
Passport / Visa
We will ensure that you have all the relevant and valid travel documentation required for your specific trip.
We will provide you with the visa requirements and application forms for your destination.
Rail
Rail transportation can also be booked through us.
Rail is a unique way to travel as it allows you to enjoy a scenic view whilst you enjoy a glass wine.
Pre-Seating
We are able to pre-seat you on your preferred seat subject to the airline's terms and conditions.
Some airlines do however charge for pre-seating, this can also be arranged through our office.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for both your leisure and corporate travel.
We are able to provide a Corporate policy for your company at a lower premium rate.
